Registration fees
Registration fees are expressed in Euro and include VAT. Deadline for early bird and for speaker registration is March 18, 2024.

Registration fees include:
Conference documentation, coffee breaks and welcome reception.
Registration conditions:
* ECCOMAS, IACM members can apply for discounted fee upon membership confirmation. People interested in joining the associations are invited to visit the corresponding websites for further information.
** Student registration: Student rate attendees are kindly invited to send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat a document from their University/Research organization stating that the attendee is a full time undergraduate or PhD student.
Payment confirmation: notification will be sent to your email address, once your payment is processed successfully.
Invoices should be requested to the Financial Support if this is needed in order to pay the registration fees.
Refund Policy: registrants who cannot attend, and do not send a substitute, will receive a refund on their registration fee with a cancellation fee of 150 Euro if the refund request is received in writing before May 1st, 2024. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., NO Refund will be made).
